we enjoyed our stay of 2 nights in early June 2010; the room and en-suite was well appointed and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel is well located for sightseeing in Bologna on foot, and not far from the central railway station

Friendly helpful staff at reception, good central location
for a city break. Only downside no garden or pool.

I cornetti della prima colazione anche se riscaldati erano vecchi almeno del giorno prima ed immangiabili.
Il \"signore\" alla reception di sabato 28 non è assolutamente adatto a ricoprire il ruolo che svolge. Spero che provvediate subito a migliorare , perchè il vostro Albergo ha ottime potenzialità ed io vorrei tornare (una seconda possibilità la do volentieri ,sperando in miglioramenti necessari per un 4 stelle).
